You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User-Generated Content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. Sleeveshelt reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Sleeveshelt's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
